Koch - Fowler - Phelps House
This home was built sometime in the 1880's for and unmarried daughter of Louis Koch. Later it was owned by George Fowler, one of the carpenters who built the house. Passed on to daughter Joe Fowler Phelps and granddaughter, Bonnie Joe Phelps Sullivan. It was sold in 1988 and restored by David and Pamela Bramlet.
